For too long the church has been known for what it's against. We want to be known for what we are FOR.

Join us as we serve local seniors, schools and non-profits in the Roswell Area. Project teams will meet at Vickery Mill Elementary School at 8:45am on February 19th, Team Huddle at 9am and we will serve until projects are complete. More details can be found below and most projects are suitable for all ages. So bring your family, bring some friends and let's show the city that God is FOR them.

Vickery Mill Elementary Community Market (Sold Out) Project Leads: Community Market Team Members Project Description: This Project will be supporting our food distribution program hosted at Vickery Mill. Volunteers will help with the Community Market set up, keep tables stocked and greet guests and stay until it closes to clean up. Kids are welcome to join this project, it is best suited for kids in Kindergarten and above. Project Location: Vickery Mill Elementary Project time: 8:45am and runs until we run out of food. Community Market Food Stand (Sold Out) Project Leads: David Joyner Project Description: This Project will be supporting our food distribution program hosted at Vickery Mill. Volunteers will help cook and serve food for our market guests. Some volunteers will help cook food, others will serve food, and some are needed to visit with Community Market guests. Project Location: Vickery Mill Elementary Project time: 8:45am-1pm (please plan on staying until clean up is complete!) We will need volunteers to help us load out at the end of the Community Market. Community Market Student Outreach (Sold Out) Project Leads: Jenny Krueger Project Description: This Project will be supporting our food distribution program hosted at Vickery Mill. Volunteers will engage with families that attend, specifically helping with games geared toward our youngest visitors! Children are welcome to help at this project with parent supervision. Project Location: Vickery Mill Elementary Project time: 8:45am-1pm or until the Community Market ends. CDA Roswell Free Little Library (Sold Out) Project Leads: Self-Lead Project Description: This Project is great for one family with young children (Preschool age). We will be helping to clean and restock the Free Little Library at CDA Roswell. *Project would be considered intro to service and not labor intensive. Project Location: Children's Development Academy - CDA Roswell Project time: 8:45am - 10am Pre-school book donations are accepted, they have a special need for bi-lingual books. VME Teacher Appreciation Project (Sold Out) Project Leads: Jenny Walker Project Description: This Project will be supporting the teachers and staff at Vickery Mill ES. This team will write notes to each staff member and put together a small gift for the teachers. Children are welcome at this project with parent supervision.
